"Amistad Ambulance Transports is a locally owned business started in 2006. We strive to provide the best possible service for Del Rio Texas and our surrounding communities. We provide non-emergency, non-911 transport. Currently we have 5 units available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We welcome your business and any comments you may have."

Amistad Ambulance Transfers emphasizes in a very special way the personalized and respectful treatment that should be practiced with patients, relatives and hospital personnel at all times. Our personnel selection ensures the integrity and high service level that our clients receive. Our medical attention protocolsare supported by our Medical Director. These protocols are strictly followed in a consistent basis by our Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's). |

ACTIVATING
A TRANSPORT
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Name of contact, telephone number, and address
- Patient's name, age, weight and diagnosis
- Name of referring Hospital, Physician and telephone numbers
- Name of accepting Hospital, Physician and telephone numbers
Please have the following forms prepared for our medical team:
- Physician order for transport, diagnosis and reason for transport
- Copy of Hospital face sheet: Include Insurance and Billing information
- Lab Work, X-Rays, Charts or Emergency Room records to submit to accepting facility.
